How the generator works
The image is divided into a grid the size of your pegboard. Each cell is reduced to a single representative color, then matched to the closest real Perler bead using a perceptual color model so the result looks right to the eye — not just numerically close.
Turn on dithering for photos with gradients, or keep it off for crisp pixel-art. Background removal strips a plain backdrop so your subject stands out on the board.
“Perler”, “fuse”, “melty” and “iron beads” are the same craft — this generator works for all of them. Switch the Color System to match Perler, Hama or Artkal codes, then iron your finished bead art with parchment on medium heat.
